Join a 30-minute judgment-free video call with your mentor to determine the intention and set expectations for the program. Review Vialchemy’s “Core Values Exercise” to help you identify and align your life to specific foundational principles.

Join your mentor to review your personalized “Self Exploration Guide” (yours to keep regardless if you decide to continue with the program). Discuss areas of focus and create an action plan for accelerated personal growth.

Experiment with new guided actions between each mentoring session. Work with your mentor to create a self-sustainable action plan moving forward. Complete the mentoring program and reflect on your personal growth and transformation.

The Vialchemy “Self Exploration Guide” is customized based on the mentee’s desired intentions. Common exercises include life assessment, goal setting, personal vision, values identification, passion test, self-limiting beliefs, finding purpose, mindset mastery, enhanced learning techniques, time management, perspective taking, plus many more!

Mentoring is a collaborative space facilitated by the mentor to explore any topics the mentee brings. As a mentor, there is no “End Goal” in mind. Simply just the presence to create opportunities to discuss and explore different aspects of life. Therapy is the process of working with a licensed therapist to develop positive thinking and coping skills to treat specific mental health conditions.
